Why is there a delay before the receiver rings when I press the button?

You may have set a delay.To remove it, follow these steps: Step1.Open button settings.Step2.Click "Delay time" and set it to "0".Step3.Press "Sure", then "Save" to confirm.Step4.The receiver will ring immediately after that.

Is there a monthly fee for using the app notifications?

No, there is no monthly fee for receiving notifications through the Tuya Smart app.However, if you require SMS or phone call notifications, additional subscriptions may be necessary.

How do I enable 2.4GHz WiFi for my caregiver call system?

Your caregiver system only supports 2.4GHz WiFi.Log into your router, check wireless settings, enable 2.4GHz if off, and connect your device to the WiFi with “2.4G” in its name.If unsure, contact your internet provider or check your router manual.

How do I connect the receiver to my smartphone?
